These biscuits are perfect for afternoon tea or a lunchbox treat, in the house they disappear in no time and taste delicious!
Recipe:
Butter 100g / 3.53oz
Golden syrup 40g / 1.41oz
Bicarbonate of soda 1tsp mixed with 3tbsp boiling water
Rolled oats 55g / 1.94oz
Plain flour 90g / 3.17oz
Brown sugar 100g / 3.53oz
4 Weetabix crushed
Pecan nuts chopped 75g / 2.65oz
Sultanas 75g / 2.65oz
We have also tested Honey instead of Golden syrup and any kind of (Nuts and Raisins mix)
