We thought our EcoFlow Delta Pro Ultra setup was complete—until we lost power and realized our AC didn’t work.
Turns out, the heat pump hadn’t been moved to the Smart Panel backup load.
When we brought the electrician back, he denied ever being told to move it—despite the fact that we’d told him to “move whatever needs to be moved so the AC works.”
We didn’t argue—we just filmed the fix. But let’s just say… he wasn’t thrilled about it.
