Defeat the Ottomans in "Khata'i".
Defeating the Ottomans is one of the two options to achieve victory. There's no real explanation needed here - They're in the top left of the map.
The only thing to note is that once you gain control of the base, you will notice a countdown. The Ottomans will remain relatively dormant until this countdown expires, so it's best to take advantage of this and attack early.
