With packed Halls no.2&3 at Pragati Maidan, the show recorded highest number of attendees that any fitness expo in the country has ever seen. Top domestic & internationals brands of the industry were seen exhibiting alongside multiple new ones, covering the entire spectrum of the fitness sector.

The Expo commenced with an Inauguration Ceremony followed with a Press Conference with all its special guests from around the world. The live stage didn’t see a dull moment across all three days, starting from cultural welcome to Product Launches to brand Launches & premium client activities on stage & of course the highlight - Guest Posing by Big Names like Ulisses & Indian star, Yatinder Singh amongst others. The stage was indeed a spectacle!

Sports have been an integral part of the IHFF with over 1000 athletes participating in the Mixed Martial Arts, Arm Wrestling, Powerlifting & Strongman Activities simultaneously at the Expo. The energy was unparalleled!

The IFBB PRO LEAGUE QUALIFIER SERIES produced 10 IFFB PROs across 8 categories for men & women, paving their way to Olympia with their trending #roadtosheruclassic #roadtoolympia

Taking amateur Bodybuilding to Pro level, the founders of IHFF & Sheru Classic - Mr.Manish Gandhi & Sheru Aangrish announced the first ever Pro Show of India, marking another
historical achievement in the field of Bodybuilding.

Each brand showcased their products & entertained their visitors with one to one celeb interactions, on spot challenges, giveaways & sponsorships. The huge queues of fans to get clicked with their favourite brand ambassadors only tells how much a platform like this is imperative for the society to get educated about Fitness.
