The Trump administration has circulated a draft UN Security Council resolution that proposes establishing an International Stabilization Force (ISF) in Gaza, Axios reported. Under the draft resolution, the US and allied countries will be given a sweeping two-year mandate to govern and secure the Palestinian enclave. The draft directs that the ISF would control Gaza’s borders with Israel and Egypt, oversee the safety of civilians and humanitarian zones, and train new Palestinian police officers in partnership with local authorities.
