Replacing a flare tip requires working on great heights with limited space. Designing the safest and most efficient replacement method and equipment is therefore of utmost importance.
The A-Frame is a modular construction and can be used on most flare structures. Also in offshore environments and even on flare booms and FPSO’s. Therefore, there is no need for additional cranes or helicopters. All items will be manually lifted to the flare top platform, by means of a hand carried single pole.
