4 Days with Bundeswehr Infantry Gear | Classical German Dish over Fire | EPa Ration | Eickhorn Knife

Описание: On the third day of our journey we wake up in a beautiful forest and on a sunny day. We eat Bundeswehr Government Issue Breakfast from an EPa (Einmann Packung - Single Soldier Field Ration) and explore the area. We refill our water at a creek and have a break in the sun. After a long and exhausting hike, to another hill top we find another great shelter spot.


We prepare for the night and cook a classical German dish over the fire - Bratwurst with Sauerkraut, Potatoas and Mustard. While experiencing the silence and the view by the fire we enjoy a drink that we had to carry for 3 days in a heavy backpack (Bundeswehr Kampfrucksack). We get into our Hilleberg tents and fall asleep.


The next morning is again very sunny and we prepare a coffee and some snacks for breakfast. We hike down the hill and get back to civilisation.
