Adelphi Commencement 2025: Highlights and Memorable Moments

Описание: Adelphi’s Class of 2025 celebrated their accomplishments at the University’s 129th Commencement ceremony on May 20 at Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Uniondale, New York. Relive some highlights with this video, and add your own memories in the comments.

More than 1,200 undergraduate degrees, four undergraduate certificates, 1,131 graduate degrees and 93 graduate certificates were handed to Adelphi’s newest alumni. 

In her opening comments, President Christine M. Riordan told the graduates that “success is not solely measured by the achievements you accumulate. Your impact on others and the world around you is even a greater measure of success. So stay connected to your roots and give back to the communities and the people who have supported you.”


Or, put more simply, by 2025 honorary doctorate and retired U.S. Navy four-star officer Admiral James Stavridis, PhD, “Class of ’25, go make some history.”
