The NEW AVENGERS FACILITY Explained!

Repurposing six old Stark Industries warehouses, the New Avengers Facility was created during the reformation of the Avengers team after the battle of Sokovia.

Located in upstate New York, the 100-acre facility is staffed by Shield agents who carry out day-to-day operations, as well as an accompanying team of scientists and lab crew who are staffed in the base’s fully equipped laboratories. The base is outfitted for combat training, weapons development and storage of vehicles such as the Avenger’s fleet of quin jets, a fleet of SUVs, as well as a helipad.

Along with dormitories and private offices for the long-term staff and Avengers team members, those staying on the base have access to amenities and common areas such as a lap pool, cinema, an outdoor running rack, kitchen and recreation room, as well as medical facilities including a physical therapy clinic.
