🎵 About the Sound:
Molchat Kryshi (Part 2 - MK2) captures the Post-Punk energy of the Soviet underground. It is composed of a mix of fast, mid-tempo and slow songs, short 2 min and longer (5 min) songs to keep you interested all the way through, and accompanied by various Lo-Fi visuals. The music is driven by dominant, heavy basslines that you can feel in your chest, contrasted by quirky, detuned "Polivoks" synthesizers that sound like broken signals from the past. Молчат крыши (Molchat Kryshi) is an attempt to capture the Post-Punk sound of the iconic Coldwave band Molchat Doma (Молчат Дома). More Molchat Doma-like music will come in future parts of Kryshi Molchat. Playlists of thematic songs will also be made available in the future.
