The Production Line Definition & Validation solution provides a digital collaboration environment to accelerate the assembly validation by leveraging virtual factory layout. Shop floor planners can import point clouds or diverse input layouts, including 2D and 3D elements from various resource catalogs, to build a complete digital twin of the plant and production line. Then they can optimize and ensure the safety of the resource layout, as well as related process plans, through simulation and analysis of what-if scenarios. The process plan can then be validated in the resource context, while the workload can be optimized for the defined production resources.
