INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE NO.1 (FRIED CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS)
2.2 lbs chicken drumsticks
2 tbsp fish sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp chicken powder seasoning
2-3 tbsp cornstarch
1 pack crispy fry breading mix (65g)
5-6 tbsp water
All-purpose flour

INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE NO. 2 (PAN FRIED CHICKEN AND POTATOES)
1.4 kilogram chicken (cut in half)
1 & 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
Salt, black pepper
Paprika and garlic powder
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 large onion, sliced
2 medium potatoes, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp chicken powder or magic sarap
3 medium potatoes, cut in half
8 tbsp unsalted butter or margarine
