We meet up with BSR – a renowned Swedish tuning company specializing in high-performance car modifications.
Thanks to advanced technical filaments and finely tuned 3D-printers, BSR is expanding its product line with several 3D-printed components.
"Many of the 3D-printed products have such a high-quality surface finish that you could mistake them for injection-molded parts," says Morgan Fyhr, Product Manager at BSR.
Their go-to filament is Rigid X, a carbon-reinforced PETG filament primarily used to create custom intakes for their Optiflow filter systems. For their head-up display covers, they use PETG Pro Matte, a matte PETG filament with a gorgeous surface finish designed to blend seamlessly with the car's original dashboard.
