These homemade baked potato fries are always a hit, I had to stop myself from eating all of them before putting them on the table!
Ingredients for 2 servings:
4 small yellow potatoes (or 2 big ones)
2 tbsp of EVOO
1 tsp salt
1 branch of fresh rosemary, one small clove of garlic, a few basil leaves finely minced together
2 tbsp corn flour
