Ingredients:
1. 1 small Potato, boiled & cubed
2. 1 small Cucumbers, cubed
3. 1/3 cup Pineapple, cubed
4. 1/2 cup Puffed rice (Kurmura)
5. 1/2 cup Fox Nuts (Makhana), roasted
6. 2 tbsp Coriander, finely chopped
7. 1 tbsp Spring onions, finely chopped
8. 1 1/2 tbsp Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup
9. 1 tsp Cumin Powder
10. 1 tbsp Green chutney
11. Salt to taste
12. Black Pepper Powder to taste
Tiffin sides:
1. Pomegranate seeds
2. Cashew nuts
Method:
1. Toss all the above ingredients together and mix it all well to make a very tasty and healthy bhel.
2. To make the tiffin ready, add the bhel along with some pomegranate seeds and cashew nuts
