About a dozen of former national unity platform parliamentary candidates in Lango Sub region, who defected to support NRM candidates in the just concluded general elections, are demanding to meet President Yoweri Museveni.
The group was allegedly lured into defection by veteran NRM cadre, Ongwech Moses, claims he spent close to a billion shillings on the welfare of the NUP defectors on grounds that he be compensated by the NRM party.
