Описание: ♡A Creative Mindfulness Course for All Ages 🌿

In this first little session of our journaling course "Learning from Animals", we listen to the hawk — the master of perspective.
Through a peaceful guided meditation and creative journaling prompts, you’ll change your perspective & experience the world from above.

🦋 Did you know that your brain reacts almost the same way when you imagine something as when you experience it in real life?
That means guided imagery and visualization can shift your mood, reduce stress, and even improve your health. It’s the same technique many athletes use — they mentally rehearse their movements, and the brain strengthens those pathways just as if they were practicing physically. I invite you to join me on a 7-minute creative visualization exercise with the hawk.

In this lesson:
Guided hawk-perspective meditation & nature visualization.
Reflection + journaling prompts
Hawk affirmations to feel safe, guided, loved, and free
Nature inspiration about clarity and vision
Inspiration for kids, teens, and adults
affirmations for building confidence, resilience, and an open mind

Journaling Prompts:

🌿What does it feel like to rise above and see the bigger picture?
🌿Where in my life do I need more clarity?
🌿What changes when I look at something from a new perspective?

Perfect for quiet moments, family mindfulness time, or classroom creative reflection.
Inspired by the book Mayan Enseñanzas by Mabel Flores, these animal guides are always there to support your journey. And so they did with mine. That book traveled with me to Mexico, Germany, Australia, New Zeland, Costa Rica, and California and, inspired my nature eye every time and gave me a deep appreciation and gratitude for the natural world.
I love to talk about nature therapy and how many gifts there are to explore out in nature.
