Let's Talk about the FD RX7 (First Compression Test)

Описание: Alright, I know everyone has been wondering what is going on with the FD RX7 so that’s what we are going to talk about in this video. I have big plans for the engine, body, suspension, and interior with the engine being the most important of those. After putting down my dream wish list for the engine on paper, I quickly realized that it is going to cost big bucks to do what I want. I also need to find a shop to help me with the port work and other items I will need along the way. Before I get too worked up about my dream build, I need to check on the health of the 13B-REW. I have no clue what is going on internally with the rotors or housings. I conduct my first compression test with the Rotary Compression Tester RCT-V5.2 and the results are very surprising.

Be sure to read the factory service manual before conducting the compression test! My method may not be accepted practice, but it works for me.
