KEMSA Chief Executive Officer Dr. Waqo Dulacha has praised President William Ruto for what he described as strong recognition and support for Northern Kenya, calling on residents to rally behind his leadership.
Speaking in Marsabit during a fundraising event for the Qilta Korma Group, Dr. Dulacha said the region has received increased attention under the current administration.
He also urged residents to register with the Social Health Authority (SHA) to enable access to primary healthcare services, emphasizing the importance of early registration for improved health outcomes.
Dr. Dulacha further expressed support for President Ruto’s leadership, encouraging residents to back him for a second term, citing ongoing and planned development initiatives targeting Northern Kenya.
