Filming for Sam Pilgrim latest YouTube video and I decided to give the balance beam another go! I’ve done it a few times before however this time around it didn’t go to plan! I wobbled a bit too much a rolled off the side, going over the bars and landing on my face and stomach. The impact winded me quite badly but after some time I was completely fine just a few bruises!
