We’ve got 12,000 Primogems on the Asia account with a guaranteed pity (it took a while...), and another 12,000 Primogems on the America account where things got... weird. Let’s just say losing a 50/50 at 10 pity is a "task failed successfully" moment if I've ever seen one.
