Описание: Offered to market for the first time, this low mileage example of Aston Martin’s race inspired sportscar, the limited-edition Vantage GT8.

Inspired and influenced by the V8 Vantage GTE race car, the GT8 was the lightest and most powerful V8 Vantage ever, when launched in April 2016. In addition to the dramatically sculpted, wide bodied carbon fibre bodywork and revised performance orientated chassis, the 4.7 litre V8 engine was upgraded to produce 440bhp. The GT8 was available with either the 6-speed manual or Sportshift III gearbox. This combined with the dramatic weight saving of up to 100 kg (depending upon options chosen), the Vantage GT8 boasted some very impressive performance numbers including 4.4sec 0-62mph and a top speed of 190mph.

Limited to just 150 cars worldwide, predictably all had sold out shortly after being announced in 2016. Just 80 were built for the UK RHD market, 68 of which were 6-speed manual specification.

Much admired by motoring journalists and road testers alike, the profile of this model was further cemented by Aston Martin securing class victory at the gruelling Nurburgring 24 Hours in 2017 in a ‘close to production’ specification Vantage GT8.

The GT8 we are excited to offer, is finished in the simple, restrained livery of Stratus White, one of only two UK cars to have been finished in this tone, (the other being former CEO Andy Palmer’s car), with the black racing stripe providing a subtle nod to the models racing inspiration. The lightweight interior combines luxury fitments and creature comforts with carbon fibre and Pure Black Alcantara, highlighted with Spicy Red stitching and accents.
This manual transmission example was first registered in December 2016. Notable optional extras include: Gloss Carbon aero pack, Dark Anodised brake calipers, Black textured Titanium Exhaust system, Full length Twill Carbon fascia trim, Lightweight Mesh grille, Reversing Camera, Vantage GT8 decklid badge, Lightweight Carbon Fibre Manual seats and 7 spoke Satin Black wheels.

Much cherished and enjoyed by its sole, enthusiast owner from new, servicing and maintenance has been carried out annually by Aston Martin main agents and having been protected by PPF, the car presents in superb condition throughout. Supplied with the balance of Aston Martin Extended Warranty until June 2023.

Not only are these Vantage GT8’s rewarding and intoxicating to drive, with their racing heritage, normally aspirated engines combined with 6-speed manual gearboxes, one of the best exhaust notes of all time and very limited production numbers, the model certainly has all the right ingredients for future classic status.
