Friday Night Lights: Matt & Julie - ["Fearless" by Taylor Swift]

Описание: Hi everyone! So I just rewatched all of Friday Night Lights and now have a ton of video ideas, and this is somehow what came out of me first. I've been working on this for weeks, and kept expecting to finish it sooner. I am not sure why when I like everyone else have been listening to Taylor Swift's new "folklore" album nonstop for a month I then decided "no, actually I'll go a few albums back and make a vid set to one of the happy romantic songs I always enjoyed"... XD

(To be fair, I did start a Cardigan vid that's multi-couples and one of the ships I decided to include was Matt/Julie, and when I realized how little I remembered their scenes, that was my main motivation for rewatching FNL. I'm trying REALLY hard to make my Cardigan vid perfect, and then got... sidetracked with this vid. ALSO... I have vidded half of the song "My Tears Ricochet" for a one-on-one collab that isn't posted yet because my collab partner hasn't quite gotten to making her parts yet, but I do need to remind myself that I did indeed actually make good vidding progress with TWO folklore songs, even if my subscribers here have no idea lol... and I intend to probably vid more of the songs from folklore too.)

I always really loved this song, it makes me happy even though I feel self conscious about loving it so much as a gray-aro, kissing averse person (the climax of the song is about the wonderful first kiss whereas all the kisses I've experienced made me profoundly uncomfortable) but regardless... I was really happy to vid this song for a couple that was SUCH an OTP of mine. I forgot just how much I shipped them, given how little I ever vidded them... but practically every Matt/Julie vid on YouTube has a gushing comment from me from 7 to 8 years ago when I first saw the series lol, showing me I definitely adored them this much back then.

I intend to vid FNL more before all my inspiration leaves me, more than just Matt/Julie but also more Matt/Julie. This vid I wanted to keep as happy as possible, the bright, joyful, sweet moments. I'm also brainstorming an angsty Matt/Julie vid to make in order to vid a bunch of the moments I also love, some of which I relate to, a little too much maybe, that were amazing and very different from the feel of this vid.

So anyway...

I actually finally purchased a New Blue FX that I've used in pretty much all my colorings for the past... idk maybe a decade. It feels like forever lol.

I noticed over the course of making this vid how Matt & Julie don't walk holding hands ever, pretty much, but hold hands a few other times... or how rarely Julie wears a dress! I noticed various interesting things and really feel a strong urge to write Matt/Julie fanfiction now too. XD
