Tested a bunch of gear, finally settled on this version for the kill :

Urzil's Pride as chest piece was the big change, allowing us to free some mana regen affixes for more dex. Pale Ox is better for mapping, but on Uber your summons actually die non stop so it looses quite some value. Gloves still megabad.
Main changes from the build video are the skills, I wasn't happy with Aerial Assault as traversal, swapped to Shift for another i-frame. Thanks to dex stacking, Shift buffs our evasion rating to a whooping 24k, we are also using it as a melee attack through "Unseen Strikes" and "Dancing shadows" to trigger Explosive Trap's "Hold This" node, adding some extra DPS.
Between Shift on a 2.1s CD, Evade at 1.8s and Smoke Bomb, the build is surprisingly durable despite going almost ZHP.
Fight was quite chill, sustained DPS is quite poor because of mana issues, but as a result you just have to dodge around on dangerous pattern overlaps then dump your mana bar on big telegraphs.
Getting to last phase was consistent, around 20-30 tries for the kill, 4 tries after swapping to Urzil's & adding another 16 dex red ring.
