This Raw Sweet Mango Chutney is easy to make and full of flavours.
Mango season just started and for the first time I get mangos from my garden. They taste soo sweet!
If you are not living in a tropical area this chutney can be made with many other fruits that are soft,
sweet, and grown locally!
You do not need to buy expensive tropical fruit that has been picked unripe and shipped from far away.
I can imagine that apricots, nectarines or soft pears work really well. And for spices you can also
use many different flavours. This is just one more recipe idea from my garden and me to get you inspired and creative!
