Multi-car crash on I-71 after car comes to complete stop on freeway and then drives away

ODOT Press Secretary Matt Bruning posted a video showing Interstate 71 at 5th Avenue around 5:25 p.m. on Wednesday.

The video shows a red van come to a complete stop in the middle of the road after missing an exit. The van sits in the middle of the interstate with its turn signal on.

A gray van and a white van stop behind the vehicle before another van smashes into the vehicles.
After the pileup, the driver of the red van takes their exit and appears to drive away.
