i was planning to upload this a bit sooner but i felt really unmotivated, and was also a bit busy so!! here!

ummmm dunno what to say! i really love miku v6 i think she sounds beautiful and i can't wait for her full release. initially i didn't plan on covering melt bc i was certain everybody else was going to but!!! but!!!!! melt is an incredibly important song to me. it was the very first miku/vocaloid song i ever listened to, and i loved it immediately. i remember thinking "wow! music AND anime! my two favorite things!" ahaha

so yes. oh! i also decided to make this an opportunity to tune her as much as possible bc at the time i was working on this, i had seen most people were using her AI tuning alone. which was great bc it sounds so pretty! but i wanted to display her full potential. however, at the beginning of the video she is mostly untuned. its just a bit vibrato added!

anyways, at the end of everything, maybe other people have already covered melt with V6 at this point, but i did my best to make my own version and put my own heart into it.

regarding the video, i decided to combine the videos that had the most impact on me. some of them are a bit lower quality but that couldnt be helped much. still, im pleased with the edit. its such a nostalgic thing to look at. oh, but im sorry if its too pink. the colors on my laptop screen arent accurate. normally i use screenshots and compare on my phone or tablet, but i didnt do that until it was too late and at that point i couldn't be arsed to adjust every single clip ToT
