WEEKLY HEALTHY GROCERY HAUL FOR WEIGHT LOSS! MY STAPLES THAT HAVE HELPED ME LOSE 60 LBS

Описание: SALT AND VINEGR SMASHED POTATOES
small baby potatoes
white wine vinegar
salt and pepper
olive oil spray
parchment paper

•after washing potatoes, add them into a bowl with a splash of water and microwave for 3-4 minutes to soften
•after microwaving place on a pan lined with parchment paper, spray with olive oil, add salt + pepper ,
•bake on 400 for 10 minutes then take out and smash down with the end of a glass, add white wine vinegar as much as you'd like, place back in oven for additional 20 minutes until super crispy.
•Add more vinegar to top before serving.


HORSERADISH SAUCE FOR POTATOES
2 tbsp light mayo
1 tsp horse radish
1 tsp white wine vinegar
