Zhiyun Smooth Q4 Connection Failure

Описание: NOT the Solution to failure to connect
showing the issue am having to connect the gimbal to my phone, and it is not even connecting to any other phone. The gimbal behavior also changed, at power on it is to turn, twist, and move its arm and clamp. Was not subject to any physical damage by means of falling off or any other type of physical damage, tried also updating the firmware, still not able to connect.
i have tried the suggestions based on the message to troubleshoot, however, still the same issue remains, All LED lights are flashing at the same time after a few seconds from being powered on.
