In this video, we’re continuing a conversation about self-sabotage and how it shows up in our health, our habits, and how we see ourselves.
Many times, self-sabotage isn’t about a lack of discipline—it’s rooted in past experiences, self-image, and the stories we’ve learned to tell ourselves. Using weight loss as a practical example, I talk about how true change requires a shift in mindset, consistency over time, and compassion for ourselves along the journey.
You’ll also be guided through a reflective exercise focused on emotional awareness and the mind-body connection, drawn from my book Healthy Living for Women. This exercise is designed to help you slow down, reflect, and begin identifying patterns that may be impacting your physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
I also reference Holistic Health for Christians, which offers additional practical tools and written exercises to support healing, growth, and walking in purpose—while always pointing back to the Word of God.
This video is part of the February Wellness Academy experience, but it’s also shared here for anyone who needs encouragement, clarity, and a reminder that healing doesn’t happen overnight—it happens through awareness, grace, and consistency.
