Warframe phenmor build/ level cap setup
seems they added a mechanic to the phenmor
if you get headshots while in incarnon mode it will fill up the meter. seemed to fill faster based on how much damage can be dealt. So it instantly filled up for demos and eximus units. unless its a bug?? I was literally in incarnon mode the entire time
Phenmor is gas, electric excuse the typo
use revanent to cheese infested level cap
