07:30 – 14:30 | Air Lines & Fiber Routing
Covers installation of nitrogen and oxygen lines, water inlet/outlet connections (blue/orange hoses), and fiber routing through the drag chain to the Z-axis and cutting head. Demonstrates T-type water-cooling loop for nozzle and head.
14:30 – End | I/O Signal & Laser Control Integration
Wiring of the 12 kW Chuangxin laser source (380 V / 60 Hz / 35–59 A) with the EDS-3000 control card. Includes enable-signal connection, 0–10 V & PWM modulation, amplifier installation for the non-bus cutting head, and height-follower setup.
