Ingredients for Seasoning the Beef::

Black pepper-1 and a half tbsp

Ginger-1 tbsp
Garlic-1tbsp
Oregano-1 and a half tbsp
Cornstarch-2 and a half tbsp
Soy Sauce-1 tbsp
Vegetable oil-1 tbsp
Sesame oil-1 and a half tbsp

For the coating::

Water-5 tbsp
Oyster Sauce-1 tbsp
Soy Sauce-1 tbsp
Salt-1 tsp
Sesame oil-1 tbsp
Cornstarch-2 tbsp

For Garnishing::

Spring Onions
Onions
Red bell pepper
Green bell pepper
Scotch bonnet pepper
Carrot
