The Ministry of Home Affairs has allowed to open shops selling non-essential goods with fifty percent of the workforce and strict rules of wearing masks and maintaining social distancing. However, in Lucknow and other parts of the state it has not been implemented yet. Except for grocery shops and pharmacies everything continues to remain shut.
