Описание: I'm not here to tell you that personality types are total B.s. because they are not IF you know how to use them to your favor, (and not everybody is equipped to do this sadly.) That's what I explore today together with Erik Thor. Some of the questions answered throughout this video are: Do we need the personality type label really? How personality type systems are ruining our development? How do we grow and keep ourselves accountable without the personalty type label?

This video applies to any personality type system. Of course, we focus the most on Myers Briggs because this is where Erik and I come from. But the Enneagram, Disc, Big Five, and any system could also turn toxic rather if we don't pay attention to how we use it.
