Описание: All citizens pay taxes and governments use this money to fund the essential public services and functions that everyone needs. Yet many big corporations and wealthy individuals don’t pay their fair share. Harmful tax incentives and treaties as well as other factors such as tax avoidance and evasion mean that governments end up missing out on millions (sometimes even billions) of US$ in lost revenue every year. Yet these are the funds that governments could be using to sustainably finance education and other vital gender responsive public services.

We have the power to demand our leaders take action to ensure that national tax policies are fair and effective and raise the money needed to ensure all children enjoy their right to a free, quality, inclusive public education.
