We trim back the gym to carve out two new large ambulance bays and rearrange the SWAT wing to fit a fourth Enforcer. The break room gets expanded in the process. A third Supervisor Guardian joins the rescue fleet alongside two more advanced emergency doctors. Alcohol control gets its first real deployment on night patrol. Then the incidents pile up: a drug dealer hit, a third prison break, a hostage situation, a bus crash, and a wave of traffic accidents all in one session. We score 99% on the evaluation. The fourth SWAT Enforcer arrives. And at the end — we're still just five research points short of the adjacent tile. Expansion is definitely coming next episode.
