Yes, Ryu actually has more fireballs because of his denjin charge, but lets not worry about that, thats a completely different subject. Honestly, they can just give Sagat his fireballs back, there are certainly enough motions leftover that can sustain it, quarter circle back isnt being used. And if my precious Balrog comes back, I hope he's still charge, and please make Dash Punch not perfect parryable, they are willing to do that, they did it with Bison scissors.
