BEAUMONT - Port Arthur police have arrested another suspect accused of taking part in some of the shootings investigators link to a feud between rival groups on the east and west side of town.Officers took a man into custody on Tuesday as a person of interest in a shooting early Saturday morning that killed one man and injured another at a nightclub Police arrested a man on Wednesday that they say is linked to shootings at the Prince Hall apartments, just after the nightclub shootings. Investigators say 25-year-old Todd Small admitted he shot two men at the apartment complex. One victim was critically hurt. Small was out on bond for another shooting. A judge has increased his bond on that deadly conduct charge to one million dollars while the district attorney prepares charges linked to the apartment complex shooting.Officers say they're looking for others involved in the wave of shootings. 50 shots were fired at Prince Hall Village Apartments early Tuesday morning. One man received minor injuries.
The biggest message is put the guns down, said Officer Marcelo Molfino. There's been over 200 and some odd rounds fired in three or four shootings.
