I'd like to thank Ashley for taking the time out to recording this song, and to make the video. I appreciate it greatly.

This song was written about my first serious (Ex) girlfriend. It talks about how I struggled letting her go, and finally realizing that the only way I could really move on was to set her free, and move on.
