বেক্সিমকো গ্রুপের সম্পত্তি রক্ষণাবেক্ষণের জন্য রিসিভার বা প্রশাসক নিয়োগ দিতে পূর্ণাঙ্গ রায় দিয়েছেন হাইকোর্ট। বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংককে এই নির্দেশ বাস্তবায়ন করতে বলা হয়েছে। ছয় মাসের জন্য সব সম্পত্তি সংযুক্ত করার পাশাপাশি, পাচার করা অর্থ ফেরত আনার নির্দেশও দেন উচ্চ আদালত। বিচারপতি এ কে এম আসাদুজ্জামান ও বিচারপতি মুহাম্মদ মাহবুব উল ইসলামের হাইকোর্ট বেঞ্চ আজ লিখিত এই আদেশ প্রকাশ করেছেন। এরইমধ্যে, হাইকোর্টের আদেশ বাস্তবায়নে উদ্যোগে নিয়েছে বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংক।

The High Court gave a full judgment to appoint a receiver or administrator to maintain the properties of Beximco Group. Bangladesh Bank has been asked to implement this directive. Apart from attaching all assets for six months, the high court also ordered the return of the laundered money. The High Court bench of Justice AKM Asaduzzaman and Justice Muhammad Mahbub ul Islam issued this written order today. In the meantime, Bangladesh Bank has taken initiatives to implement the order of the High Court.
