Creating a Discord Activity Bot for Go High Level in N8N

Описание: I built a custom Discord bot to keep my sales team motivated and accountable — without using the GoHighLevel API.

In this video, I show how I'm using n8n, Airtable, and Discord to track key activities like closed deals, completed tasks, outbound calls, and booked meetings. Since GoHighLevel doesn’t have public API access for this data, I created a workaround using webhooks and automation.

Here’s what the bot does:

Tracks sales activity via Airtable
Runs twice a day (noon and 4:30 PM)
Separates activity by user
Generates image-based charts automatically
Uses AI to create a motivating daily summary
Posts everything directly into Discord
