This is a monsoon time virtual tour of the beautiful viewpoint close to Kanhangad called Manjampothikunnu. We have been here before and we did visit the place in summer but Manjampothikunnu was a sight to behold in monsoon with greenery all around. The name seems to be derived from the mist covered hills in the area.
This place is located close to NH 66 and is a good place to stop by if driving through the area. It is about 4 kms from Kanhangad. There is a Veera Hanuman temple located close by. This hill is a good place to catch a beautiful sunrise or sunset and to spend some quality time in peace amongst the serenity of nature.
