FIBRYGA® is a plasma-derived, lyophilized human fibrinogen concentrate used for the treatment of congenital fibrinogen deficiency, including afibrinogenemia and hypofibrinogenemia. Fibrinogen plays a central role in hemostasis by providing the substrate for fibrin clot formation and platelet aggregation.
This demonstration kit highlights the reconstitution and preparation of FIBRYGA for clinical use. Each vial contains highly purified human fibrinogen, with clinically relevant amounts of Factor XIII, which enhances fibrin cross-linking and stabilizes the clot. Together, fibrinogen and Factor XIII restore effective hemostatic function in patients with impaired fibrinogen levels.
