Closing Ceremony of 4-Days Training on E-Office System organized by Directorate of IT, University of Malakand:
The University of Malakand successfully conducted a four-day training program on E-Office implementation, marking a key milestone in its digital transformation and move towards paperless governance. The training covered all HoDs and Sectional Heads to ensure effective adoption across the university.
Ms. Qurat ul Ain, Operational Manager from the National IT Board (NITB), served as the master trainer and provided hands-on guidance. Prof. Dr. Rashid Ahmad, Vice Chancellor, UoM & Prof Dr Mir Azam Khan, Pro-Vice Chancellor, UoM Congratulated the UoM family on this achievement, appreciated the efforts of Dr. Nasir Rashid, Director IT, and Mr. Saqib Khan, Deputy Director IT, along with the IT team, and thanked NITB for its continued support.
This initiative reflects UoM’s commitment to efficient, transparent, and paperless administration.
Training on E-Office System was graced by Registrar, Deans, Faculty Members and Administrative Staff of University of Malakand.
