On the bench is a Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming laptop with a GPU fan not working.
The customer took this laptop to a local computer shop who kept it for a week but apparently didn't repair anything... they just told him it could be an issue with the motherboard that's causing the fan not to work.
Prior to that, it was taken to a repair shop in Rio de Janeiro while the customer was working there. It was overheating and blue-screening.
