Harry is an interdisciplinary political economist who writes, researches, teaches and advises about the futures of work produced by the digital, defence and green transitions, and how governments, politicians and policymakers shape these futures through place-based industrial policies. He is Associate Professor in Political Economy & the Future of Work and Head of Department (Interim) for Humanities & Social Sciences at the University of Exeter’s Penryn Campus, Cornwall.
