While recently exploring different settings in MLV App, I discovered that changing the Debayer Algorithm from AMaZE to IGV results in a much cleaner image. The moiré and most of the red noise disappear. That's why I decided to go out and record some footage in this mode for testing. I think the results turned out pretty good!
After color grading and exporting the video from Premiere Pro, I processed it through Topaz Video AI. In the case of the 3x3 mode and the MLV App settings (which I'll list below), it helped to almost completely eliminate the drawbacks of this mode.
