When it comes to maintaining your bike, fitting internally routed cables can be one of the most frustrating and difficult jobs there is. With most top end road bikes now having internal cables, it's a job that you may have to start doing sooner rather than later.
Actually fitting the cables isn't an exact science. It takes the perfect combination of luck and know-how just to get it right second or third time, let alone the first time.
