This rare 1971 Toyota Celica has been off the road for many years so I thought it was time for some ignition improvements. This car was converted to electronic ignition so no points to deal with but I did replace the distributor cap, rotor, plugs and plug wires. As there is very little information on the 18RG 18RG-U engine, I hope this video helps others who are trying to find parts that fit this rare Japanese engine! I also do my best to tune the dual side draft DCOE Weber 40 carburetors and install a low pressure electric fuel pump. Comment if you have any advice or questions! STAY TUNED FOR MORE!!
